OMI's life company in Guernsey offered three core products: investors could choose from Alpha and Maxima for single premiums and Prima for regular savings. The contracts aim to provide long-term capital growth and flexibility, offering bonuses and allocation enhancements for larger investments. Contracts usually carry a bid/offer spread of 7% i.e. the difference between the buying and selling price of units. Each of these products offers access to world investment markets via a range of life company funds.
